Established in 1965, the American Advertising Federation - South Dakota (AAF-SD) is a state chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF).

Objective:

Create a theme and identity for the 2022 AAFSD American Advertising Awards (AAAs).

Solution:

The concept behind the identity was to humorously highlight the advertising landscape in eastern South Dakota nonverbally, pointing out that these notable billboards were created independently of any local agency.
